Sakura Blossom was a flavor originating in Japan that was vanilla, mixed with cherries to give out a much necessary flavor to any Asian tongue that licks into it. You weren't Asian yourself, but you also wanted to know what it was like, while tasting the scent of one there most treasured symbols as you place it in your mouth.
You tell the cart attendant that you wanted the Japanese ice cream, and also explain that you wanted two scoops of it on a cone while you were eating it. While the attendant got to work on making your ice cream, you got out your wallet, to pay for the treat you would get, and once it was made, you trade your money for the Sakura Blossom scoops on a cone. "Domo-Arigato, which means thank you," she says, and goes to serve more people. "Hope that ice cream will make you happy."
