Arm in arm, Ben and Carmen re entered the room seeing only one person at the table, her pointed ears, waist length hair and startled expression showing her status as recently transformed.
“Do not look at me,” the woman said, trying to make herself as small as possible and hide her new generous assets from view with her hands, though she seemed to be avoiding making contact with them with her palms.
Ben looked down at the ground, spotting that the woman was wearing the trousers Alex had been wearing before. Then he looked down at the card, which now said “The Shy Elf.” And gave bonuses to rolls when using your assets to your advantage.
Then Ben looked down at the board, seeing the latest message.
“Have you kissed him yet?” Ben asked, looking over at the still unconscious Charley.
“I was seeing if I could find something to cover up with before I did that. I did not wish him to get the wrong impression.”
“Well, where’s the shirt you had before?” Carmen asked, curiously.
“It vanished in the transformation,” Alex said “I can only assume the game is mocking me with this ‘Shy Elf’ character.”
“Is it fair to Charley to leave him like that?” Ben asked “What happens if we finish the game with him still unconscious? Will he be in a permanent coma?”
The elf bit her lip, her anxiety making her look adorable “I guess not. Ok. I’ll do it.”
She scooted over towards where Charley lay unconscious against the wall, psyching herself up, then darted forwards and pressed her lips to his
