It took a while for Alexei to check with all the homeless people around the hospital because of all the police that were around. His questioning did pay off however as he eventually got the description of a teen that was seen running away from the parking lot with what could have been a briefcase.
When Alexei got the description he started calling the other men who were looking for the briefcase to give them the description of the teen to see if any of them know who he might be.
When non of them said they know the teen they started asking everyone on there search if they know the teen making sure to tell them that if they get the briefcase back all will be forgiven but if this teen does not return the case there will be no place he can hide.
It only took about an hour before they got a clue to the location that the teen hangs out in and Alexei, Marco and a few of there men went to confront the teen.
