"You know what?" Jess says, placing her hands on her hips, "I think I'm gonna pass."
"What? Why?" Mary asks, tilting her head to the side. "I thought we were in this together. And you're gonna back out on me?"
"No, not backing out. Just not doing the whole... pig... thing. It was fun as a temporary thing, but not for good. I'll stay here, though."
"Well, I got a spare room in the house you c'n use. Fully furnished 'n everythin'." McCreedy says, nodding his head. It will be nice to have the company. Someone to cook, wash the clothes, help with the pigs... this is what goes through his mind. Remember, he's very old-fashioned.
"Thanks." Jess nods her head, and smiles.
"But... but this was gonna be our thing!" Mary wails, disappointed.
"Sorry, Mary. I'll feed you, though. I'll wash you off every now and again too."
"That's... kinda wierd."
"No wierder than the two of us hanging out all day in the mud. Naked."
"Point taken. Okay," Mary sighs, turning around a bit before laying down on the ground. "I was kinda hoping we'd be pigs together, but I guess I can live with this."
