As you watched Victoria swim around the tank with the other mermaid, you saw her new penis slip back into a hole in her tail much like a real dolphin's. It was at this point you realized that this auction was rather odd. No, not odd. Downright surreal! "I know that look in your eye, boy," the auction owner said sitting beside you. "You can see what's happening. It seems I underestimated your part in all this. Perhaps that thief was after you, too."
"Thief? What thief?" You asked. "And what is happening here? What are you going to do with Victoria?"
The man patted your arm. "All will become clear once the last items receive their bidders. Just follow your instincts."
Despite your curiosity, you found yourself focusing back on the stage. "You mean, once the bidders receive their items, right?"
He chuckled but stayed silent.
Eyeing the pearl again, you knew your instincts were telling you to bid. So, when you heard other people in the crowd calling out, you joined them. Higher and higher the bids went, but you were not deterred. At last, you found yourself outbidding your last remaining opponent, an older gentleman with a top hat and cane.
"Going once! Twice! Sold to the young man from America! Congratulations, sir! Step up and claim your prize."
Grinning, you approached the stage. Briefly, you noticed Victoria clapping as well from inside the tank. Blushing at her beauty, you nodded and wrote out your check before standing next to the pearl.
The owner came up to you and whispered into your ear. "Feel free to say a few words or just take your prize. It's up to you."
