Some succeeding miners must've made this key ages ago, after finding gold in the mining tunnels, and melted the gold into a key mold of the perfect size.
"This key to Open Gulch goes to, that kid right there," the mayor explains, while pointing the key to you, which was signaling you to get on stage, and receive the award. "This young man has thought of the perfect strategy of capturing the centaur, that he will soon be remembered as a hero to the wild western side of the USA," the mayor announces. "With his plan, we will be able to catch the one we see today, and now we will use this method to do the same with the rest of the centaurs of Hoof Hollow."
