"Mira, come here a moment," said the halfling. The elven paladin, who had just sat down to meditate after removing her armour let out a sigh, and stood before walking over.
"What do you need, Peri?" she asked
"Elise doesn't remember anything," Peri replied "I don't think she even knew her name when I called her by it. Can you see any lingering magic on her?"
Mira gave Elise an assessing look. "Give me your hand a moment, Elise."
The woman the party were calling Elise cautiously took the elves' hand. The elf closed her eyes for a moment, then a soft golden glow, like the rising of the sun, came from her skin. A moment later, her eyes opened, and they were shining with golden light as she looked over the woman.
"There's something there," said Mira "A spell that's completed it's job. It's erased most of her memories. But I can't restore them. There are only traces left."
"Elise" looked sad. "So I can't get my memories back?"
"We can help with some of them," Mira said, then turned to the half orc "Greta, you learned Implant Memory, right?"
Greta grunted an affirmative.
"We can share the memories we shared with you, at least," Mira said "Maybe those memories will trigger the others."
