"Ah, there's Naamah!" Lucifer said. He pointed to a demoness who was excitedly prancing toward them. She looked almost entirely like a brown-skinned human aside from her goat horns and lioness tail. Dark brown hair fell around her lovely, joyful face in enticing curls. Naamah was nearly nude, wearing nothing but a sheer, see-through pink skirt while her exposed breasts bounced merrily in the morning breeze.
"Hi, Dad! Hi, Mom!" Naamah chirped before her eyes settled on Rachel. "Ooh, you must be Lady Tenebra! I'm Princess Naamah Morningstar, Lucifer's seventh daughter! It's so, so, so exciting to finally meet you! I can't believe those awful Iron Knights tried to kill you, especially since one of them's your own father! I'd feel so betrayed if my..."
"Naamah, do you have to be so fucking chatty with the human?" Lamashtu groaned. "It's beneath a Morningstar like you."
"I'm chatty with everybody, silly!" Naamah giggled at Lamashtu. "Besides, Tenebra isn't a human anymore. She's a demon like us. See her pretty scales?" Naamah stroked the neon blue scales coating Rachel's shoulders.
"Once a human, always a human," Lamashtu grumbled.
"Naamah's one of my favorite sisters," Maisy smiled to Rachel. "As you can see, she's quite the sweetheart... and very energetic."
"I'd really hoped she was getting sensible as she got older," Lamashtu said pointedly, "considering that she married Duke Shamdon (son of Archduke Asmodeus) instead of some jumped-up human from Earth."
"That's only because we were in love!" Naamah retorted. "I'd have still married him even if he were an angel!" She stuck her tongue out at her unpleasant sister.
"You're as bad as Charon, I swear!" Lamashtu scoffed.
"I won't have you speaking ill of Charon, Lamashtu," Lucifer said sternly. "His marriage to Remeila brought us peace."
"I'm not sure it was worth it to have angels for in-laws," Lamashtu snorted.
"Try to ignore Lamashtu, Tenebra," Naamah smiled. "I usually do."
"Good idea," said Rachel. "By the way, you can call me Rachel. I just use the name Tenebra in official situations."
"Got it!" Naamah smiled. "Hey, are you musical? I'm a musician in Dad's court. I play the tambourine during festivals and ceremonies."
"I don't play much, but my mom loves the violin," said Rachel. "Dad wouldn't let her play it because it's 'the Devil's instrument' or something superstitious like that."
"That's just folklore!" Naamah laughed. "It's just as beloved in Heaven. What a jerk her ex must have been! Well, we'll get your mom a violin and then she can play with me. Will I be meeting her here?"
"She should be here any minute now," said Lilith.
