His formally adult mother looked down at her toddler self in horror. "What the hell happened to me? Why is everything so big now?" she cried out only to be alarmed her new younger voice. "And why does my voice sound like this?" Reaching up she felt her baby face then moved her little hands down to her now flat chest. Continuing south they came to rest on the crotch of her overalls. Feeling the odd shaped bulge underneath her face scrunched up in confusion before the realization hit her.
"Oh my god, am I wearing a diaper!?" she yelled while uncomfortably squeezing her legs together as the padded bulk kept them spread apart. Her mind struggling to make sense of everything slowly managed to piece together the other clues, baby like face, voice and clothes. Add in the shrunkness along with the diaper and there was only one logical, yet impossible, explanation.
"Holy crap, I become a baby again" she shouted.
Meanwhile Zack had enjoyed watching his toddler mother lose her shit upon discovering her sudden regression. It did take her a while to deduce her new age given her constant drug use as well as the beatings she recieved from his father had addled her mind making her slow on the uptake. When she did at last figure it out Zack couldn't help but giggle at the look on the baby girl's face.
She turned to look at her son, her face twisting up in anger upon remembering the words had said to her prior to the transformation. "You little brat. You did this to me!" Seeing the other beginning to stomp toward him and backing up he thought of a solution. The answer soon came to him. "You will do as I say and I want you to freeze" he commanded. The baby girl's body suddenly stopped and refused to move a single inch no matter how hard she tried. "How the...? I demand you release me this instant!" Tired of his mother's incessant talking and yelling Zack spoke again. "I order you to shut up and be quiet so I can think." The two year old's lips closed as she immediately went silent, though her face and expression still bore the look of rage. Circling the immobilized toddler with his hands behind his back, Zack pondered what to do next given his mom somehow retain her adult mentality.
