Lovey-dovey

Natalie walked off the stage wearing Zoey as a snake around her shoulders. Andy continued with the two as of yet named gymnasts. "As I'm sure you know, Jessica and Oliva are they captain and vice captain." Jessica had brunette locks while Olivia was of Asian descent.

"Gymnastics is really an amazing sport. The strength, stamina, and flexibility required to achieve those acrobatic stunts are insane. I'm curious, would you consider yourself more or less flexible than a cheerleader?"

Jessica leaned in on a mic he held for and spoke. "More." She then demonstrated by bending backwards, and lifting one leg behind her to poke her head.

"Amazing. This makes me think of an illusion where flexibility would be important. Have you heard of the origami illusion?" The girls shook their heads. "Wonderful, let's try it."

Natalie walked back out, without Zoey, with a table with a box on it. The box was white with lines separated it by squares. The box was three squares long, and three squares high. As she turned the box, everyone could see that the sides were only one square apart. Natalie arranged a set of stairs next to it.

"Jessica, as the team captain, do you mind assisting me?" He held out his hand, and Natalie took it, as he helped her up the stairs. She climb over the wall of the box, which was almost chest height. Once in side Andy spoke again. "Now Jessica, considering what has happened to my assistants so far, you might want to wave goodbye to your team and the audience."

Jessica seemed to laugh some. With a gesture from Andy, she lowered herself into the elongated box. Andy began folding the top of the box down until the box was only one square high. He then went to the end of the box facing away from the box and began to fold that in as well. The last panel foldered onto the top leaving the cube as a 1x1x1.

Andy, with some difficulty lifted the box up, pretending to struggle with it. The cube itself was
Slightly smaller than his torso. "Jessica has fit herself inside this box. That it something that requires great flexibility. But I think we can up the difficulty level."

Andy placed the box back on the table and unfolded it. Jessica raised from within, showing the audience she was still there. "Normally this is where the trick ends, but not many magicians have access to the unique skill set that is offered by a group of highly talented gymnasts. Who wants to see us attempt this with the whole team?"

At the sound of a roaring applause, Olivia started climbing up the stairs and joined Jessica inside the box. Alexis was next, followed by Fatima. Finally Kylie joined the rest of the team. While the box was long, it seemed somewhat crowded with all five of them.

"All right ladies, you know what's next. I know flexibility isn't the primary trait of a gymnast, but we are going to see how far we can push it."

They lowered themselves inside, and they seemed to be struggling some to find room. It became easier as Jenny used the Chronovac on the ones who were already out of view.

Once they were out of sight, Andy began to fold the box once again. Once again he turned it into a small cube. "Well, I'd say it takes real talent to fit into that." Andy pretended to think about it. "But I think we can do better."

He picked up the cube and Natalie pushed the table off stage. Jenny watched Andy's movements closely to time the chronovacs changes with his actions. Holding the cube, Andy pretended to press down on two opposite corners. He made it look like it took a lot of physical effort, but in reality that was just his acting skills.

As he pressed on the cube, it began to shrink smaller. The cube that was originally as wide as his chest, was now about the size of his head. Natalie came back with a small podium with Zoey once again wrapped around her. The snake drooped on one side and wrapped around her waist as well.

Andy placed the cube on the podium which brought it to the height of his chest. "Now, I'm going to be honest. Five human girls cannot fit inside a box this small. However, the human thing is no longer a problem for our gymnastics team."

Andy lifted up the top, and pulled the sides apart. The box flopped open revealing five white doves. The audience cheered at the sight of another one of their teams reduced to animals.
