The WTEA helping out with Meatfest was a shock to the world - it was believed that they did so to show their support for mutants, to prove that they were benevolent, or to possibly gain support in some way.
Whatever the reason, the outcome was phenomenal.
WTEA made Meatfest a mass non-profit fundraising event for various charitable foundations, fertility clinics (a whole lot of semen is donated at each event, but unfortunately, not a lot of it passes), and humanitarian projects around the world. The 1.8 Trillion Dollars (in U.S. dollars) raised during the 2025 event (the first monitored by the WTEA) was donated to support the UN taskforce and humanitarian projects and charities in Lithuania during the conflict and genocide their at the time.
Strict measures were placed on entry to Meatfest - individuals had to prove (via identification cards) that they were physically and mentally 21 years and older. The same went for its refurbished dedicated website, which could only be accessed to view events and such with similar identification information.
Mass amounts of contraceptives were purchased for the festival, along with special, comfortable suction shields of various sizes (from 1in by 1in to over 3ft by 3ft for extreme mutants) to be placed on any vaginal orifice that might possibly be exposed to loose semen and cause accidental pregnancies. Officials would ensure that they were constantly applied.
The specially-made identification cards used to access the festival, besides detailing participants' ages, would detail other important information including any possible present STDs (not that they were that common - their presence had declined for reasons unknown to anyone due to the Fusion Wave - nevertheless, any individuals with them had to unfortunately be kept closely watched), various drug usage, and special mutational abilities. Identification Cards had different ranks, each progressively more expensive, that could get a participant discounts or into special areas of the festival.
Any individuals with transformative fluids were only allowed to ejaculate in specific areas of the festival and at specific events, and had special containment receptacles for any accidents. Accidental spills were monitored by a dedicated containment crew.
Security became tightened around the festival - guards and video cameras made sure everything was going smoothly, and WTEA officials supervised the entire event.
