You arrive at the tournament in time to sign up and take a spot to wait your turn. The first fight begins and you quickly recognize the first fighter as the bartender from last night. You've never heard of a bartender as a fighter before but it makes sense seeing how many bikers would be overly ready to fight anybody who irritated them.
The fight begins and the bartender quickly wins. You smile seeing that he might actually make a very good fight.
You wait for your chance as each winner is chosen for the next round but none seem as good as the bartender.
After a while your fight comes up and you notice your opponent is a lean japanese fighter and probably weighs around 150.
He makes the first move as you don't hesitate to finish him off determined to fight the bartender as soon as possible but you know that the only way for that to happen is if both you and him make it to the finals.
Round after round, you finish off each opponent with ease and finally make it to the finals where you are squared off against the bartender.
"I guess I should have known that someone like you wouldn't hesitate to enter one of these tournaments."
"Lets just hope that you can hold your own in the ring. I'm getting tired of all these idiots I've been fighting."
"Just worry about yourself."
The fight begins and he comes with two quick punches which you easily dodge and strike him across his face.
He tries to sneak a high, roundhouse kick but you duck under it and push forward with an elbow to the ribs.
"I know you can fight better than this so just stop fooling around and actually try to beat me." You say to the bartender.
He then comes in with a series of move the last kick, you are barely avoid with remarkable flexibility but he comes back with a side kick to the stomach and knocks you back.
You smile, it has been too long since the last time someone actually hit you in a fight.
You surprise him with a rising left hook, which catches him on the jaw and knocks him off his feet. He falls to the ground, but gets back up quickly.
"Impressive. The mere force of that blow should have knocked you out yet you keep coming."
He doesn't hesitate as a quick move knocks you down and you are surprised by an oddly pleasant taste in your mouth. You smile even wider. No human has actually ever been able to make you bleed.
