Secretaries were basically people who work for other branches in the office such as head of marketing, accounting, IT personal, and even the CEO's of the companies. Basically they are ordered to deliver snacks, coffee, and even extra paper-weights where the people would want to hold the folders in, while also giving extra paperwork.
A ton of work is never done for a secretary, as you knew you were going to be completely busy as you had your work cut out for you, and the day was going to be a disaster without you. As you arrived, you meet the receptionist at the front desk, and tell her that you came to apply for a job.
