As well as corruption, Ty's like too much the idea of drastic changes on people, something completely opposite of what a normal person is. And, in a world where beauty and cute is seen in almost every woman and kid, there's a population sector that's the complete opposite. Men. The idea of having a world full of men in their prime, totally manly, children discovering adulthood in the most drastic way and women discovering how manhood feels through hypermasculinity, was really exciting to him.
He decided he'd make this fantasy come true by wishing into existence a new contagious virus. The virus would rewrite the body's hormones, causing the affected person's sexual characteristics to rapidly change. Men infected by it would have their penis grow exponentially, their body hair would increase drastically, except on their scalps and muscles would swell to Hulk-like proportions, also their voices will get deeper. When it affects women, their vaginal slits close up, their ovaries reshape into testicles and drop into a sac formed between the legs, their breasts recede into the chest as firmer, thicker muscles forms in the upper body, and their clitoris enlarges several inches until it forms a penis. Then they will continue their transformation as any other men would do. For kids and older people, first they'll progress or regress, respectively, into their prime age and then they will continue their transformation as any other men would do. In case of girls and elder women, before their age change they will turn into males.
Besides all the physical transformation, there was one very important adjustment to people's minds: the change would massively increase the affected person's libido. Having spent your whole life up to this point feeling certain desires, they are completely reversed, and it makes them horny, lustful and desperate to have their new body fulfil what feels like a newfound purpose.
Just thinking about the changes was getting Ty excited, but he had to quickly decide who the virus's first carrier should be. Ty realized he wasn't really sure who should carry the virus, but he knew he wanted to see the impact. He decided to create a controlled environment where he could keep some people and learn about his virus effect. Then he could make some modification if he consider it and finally release the definitive virus to the rest of the world. Initially, he will introduce the virus as spores that grows in very rare flowers and then it would evolve to be transmitted through spores in farts and belching from infected people.
The first step was to build an isolated island far from the society, cameras and anything that could prevent the rest of the world of what was happening in there. He would make in there several attractions to get the attention of the people who are going to live in there. He also created houses, hotel rooms and all kind of stuff that made the place to look like a paradise. A place like that would need a staff to maintain it clean and controlled, so Ty create artificial people who looked exactly like normal people but without mind or will of them own.
His second step was inspired by Willy Wonka and he sent invitations to random people around the globe. It doesn't matter their age, gender, social status or ethnicity. Ty included in the invitations everything they could need to arrive at his island, plane, bus or train tickets. Money for food and clothing. And for the people who could refuse because of their jobs or lack of interest, Ty's omnipotent powers include anything necessary to convince them.
Ty wants to see plan in action with his own eyes, so he created several clones of himself who will share their minds in order to follow each one of his guinea pigs. These Ty were invisible and they don't need to eat, sleep or even breath. They will share Ty's power but can only affect to surroundings of the person they are watching. Including the person itself. The original Ty will stay in a long tower where he can see through the eyes of every of his clones at the same time.
Ty's horniness mounted as he decided this, and his wishes were granted. Now he was ready to start his little experiment. He just need to wait until the people started to move towards him.
