Ruby stuck out her tongue and lapped up the crumbs of Claire that still sat in her bowl, delighting in her delicious master's rocky remnants. Once her tongue yielded no more crumbs, she sat down behind the bowl, her tail lightly wagging back and forth like a metronome in tune with the clock on her master's bedroom wall. She had been alone before, but never quite like this.
Master would be back from the store any minute now to give her chow... but Ruby already ate her chow, her master was her chow and she ate her, now her master was in her belly, to be digested and returned in a week, until then, Ruby was on her own, to do as she wanted. Rubbing her scaley belly, she wondered what she would do to fill her time. She would likely not get this opportunity again, so she had to make it count.
"Ruby... want to take... bath." Ruby stood up to her feet with a confident ferver, her belly full of chow, she wanted to wash herself, not in the misshapen barrel that she normally does her grooming rituals in, she was going to finally get to see what it was like to experience Claire's special tub. Havung spent her life in the service of her master, she easily fetched the necessary shampoos, towels, soaps, various body washes and perfumes that went into Claire's daily regiment, as well as Ruby's own rubber ducky and gathered them in Claire's personal bathroom. It was all assembled and at the ready, the water was on and warm... and Ruby sat down outside of the tub, awaiting further instruction from her master.
It was only due to a rumbling in Ruby's tummy that she remembered where Claire was and why she was taking so long, and eveb that the bath that Ruby had drawn was for Ruby and not for Claire.
"Ruby forget, Claire now chow, tub time!" With a vault and a splash, Ruby lands tail first in the white porcelain wonder that is Claire's tub, which is like a small swimming pool to the even smaller Kobold girl. She hums sweetly as she takes her time to lather her scaley body up with Claire's expensive lotions and soaps, each one smelling as good as Claire herself tasted... sadly the soaps did not taste as good as she did, so Ruby spat it out and continued her bath, unimpeded by the voice in her head telling her to taste it again to see if she just didn't like the contents of that specific bottle.
Instead, she coated her wash cloth with the various washes and perfumes and coated her limbs, torso, and face, feeling like a human princess, never having been this fee or relaxed in her life.
Ruby did not have hair by any traditional definition, but she did her best to mimic how her master applied her shampoos, pampering herself in the way that her master always did while Ruby sat by and observed, awaited commands.
Her hum was the same that Claire always sang while she bathed, this time with the only audience being Ruby's ducky as opposed to Ruby herself.
Eventually it came time for Ruby to hop out of the tub, empty the water, and dry off. Only then did she realize a sizable hump coming from her stomach.
"Belly done with Claire." Ruby said, poking the small blob of fat that had appeared now that she finally digested her Claire chow. She had spent hours in the tub without realizing it Her master's body had become a large compilement of nutrients for her body to utilize and she thought about how to best use her... but that was best left for tomorrow, as the sun was going down, and Ruby's large lunch was making her quite sleepy. Nestling into a ball in her master's plush bed, she drifted off to sleep, dreaming about her master and what else awaited her in this week of total freedom...
