"All right genie. I wish to be an obese baby."
"Are you certain?" the fat genie said.
"Yes! A cute baby that will be the prize and joy of my mother! And I'll keep my memories too!"
"Well, babies are cute, that is for sure. And fat ones so much more so! You are right. If you are certain, well, wish granted!"
With a large smile and a flourish of her hand, the genie engulfed Andrew with her magic. He disappeared, about to start his new life. The fat genie's eyes twinkled with mirth. And mischief. Because Andrew hadn't given much precision. Sure, he would be a chubby, very fat baby, darling to behold indeed, but hadn’t specified anything else. Neither his sex and species. And with his memories of a human male intact, it might make it quite difficult to adjust. Yet the obese genie thought of his new life as funny and as a joke, really. Her mischief could be meaner than she assumed at times. Then again, she was not human. She was a genie and genies have different moral codes and a very different view of the world. Andrew had wanted a new life, obviously more carefree. Being a baby everything would be done for him. He wouldn't have to worry about anything. The rest, however, had been her own decision and she had added a twist she found incredibly funny. But chances were Andrew wouldn't see the humor in his new situation.
And as Andrew came to in a warm place, as a foetus in a womb, it didn't take him long to realize that something looked very, very wrong and that he should have demanded more details of what that fat genie wanted to do.
