Rick thought for a moment about Emily’s offer. While he was curious what could happen his masculinity and dignity were just too great to sacrifice.
“Sorry Emily, but no. I’m not acting as your sister.” He sternly stated, folding his arms underneath his new boobs.
Emily felt her heart break hearing Rick’s words, her eyes beginning to water. How could he say no!? A chance to give his girlfriend the best day ever, to make her feel happy and he shuts her down so quickly!? Emily thought about dumping Rick right then and there, but looking at the camera in her hands, she thought of a better idea.
“Well Rick, I guess we’re breaking up.” She proudly said.
“Huh!? Emily, you’re not serious, are you? Tell me you’re not-” Rick looked back at Emily and saw her hand hovering over the camera’s awareness toggle, a devious smile across her face. “Don’t you dare!”
“Too late asshole. Boyfriends come and go, but sisters are forever!”
“No-” Rick lunged towards Emily but it was too late, she turned his awareness fully off. Emily watched as her double stared blankly into space for a brief moment before moving again, this time in a more feminine manner. “Sorry Em. I kinda blanked out there for a sec.”
“Don’t worry Ashley, it’s all good,” Emily replied to her new twin, suddenly remembering her name. “So, you ready for our shopping spree?”
Ashley gleefully jumped. “You know it sis! I’ve been looking forward to it all week! Us twins buying outfits, pampering ourselves and maybe flirting with a couple of boys.” She giggled.
Emily simply smiled, knowing her work was completed. She locked arms with Ashley as the two began their day at the mall. The twin girls visited multiple stores, trying on and buying matching outfits, using each other as personal mannequins and getting themselves pampered at the hair and nail salons. Emily was in pure bliss the entire day, finally experiencing what it’s like shopping with a sister. For Ashley, however, it was just another typical day in her regular life, even if she had only been living it for only 4 hours.
After more clothes shopping, the twin sisters took a break at the food court and got themselves some smoothies (both the same flavor of course), just chatting and gossipping as any sisters would. The camera, meanwhile, had grown a little restless sitting dormant in Emily’s purse. Even if Emily was the only one left aware of its magic and transformations, the camera wanted one of the twin sisters to use it in some way.
