"Are you doing this? Why are you doing this?" Sherry said, trying to back away...but without legs or hands...it was difficult.
"Because Megan thinks she doesn't need me anymore..." A female voice came from the doll's mouth. The lips still didn't move though...which was pretty unnerving...if this whole thing wasn't terrifying. "Things will be be better really soon."
Sherry called for help. But, despite trying to scream, her voice came out softly... "Help..."
She could see Katie's painted eyes shift inside her plastic face, revealing blue human looking eyes...but still inside a painted face. "It is going to be all right, Sherry, I'm going to make sure you are taken care of.."
Katie grabbed Sherry's now plastic hands in her new hands and dragged Sherry along, before propping her against the wall so she could see. Katie had positioned her opposite the closet, which had a full mirror on the door.
The doll picked up one of Megan's brushes and brushed her hair. "I've never been able to comb my hair before myself...and no one has done it for me in ages." Katie had her back to Sherry, so she tried to move toward the door...but her arms and legs weren't cooperating...the only muscles that responded would not get her to the door before Katie noticed, they only allowed her to move an inch to one side.
She turned back. "Don't be jealous...I'll do yours too.." She promised, walking over. Seeing human eyes inside a doll face was a bit freaky...and the doll seemed to tower over her....probably because she was frightened out of her wits. Katie brushed Sherry's hair and placed it into a ponytail, finding a hair clip on Megan's dresser.
"And I can wear anything I want...Megan's clothes...your clothes...how do I pick?" Katie said.
