Alice quickly unloaded the three toddlers and took the dice away from them. She then brought them inside the store and had to be extra attentive to ensure they didn’t touch anything in the shop so she didn’t have to deal with even more magic shenanigans. Walking up to the counter she saw young woman in her early thirties manning the counter.
“Excuse me but are you the owner?” Alice asked with a hint of desperation.
“I am indeed, and I can see you’ve all been using the Regressive Lots,” the lady said as breathed a sigh of relief. All the while Alice struggled to keep the curious toddlers close to her.
“Thank goodness, can you please help us change back,” Alice said as Lena, Sharon, and Nicole frowned the idea of having to grow up and go back to being boring adults was very unappealing to them.
“Certainly although I must ask if you’re sure that’s what you want?” The lady questioned.
As Alice prepared to give her affirmation Lena suddenly interrupted her. “Do we haf to be big again,” she asked with a pout.
“Well for the counter spell to work you’d have to want it just like you wanted to young when rolling the dice,” she explained.
“Den I no want to be big, I baby now,” Lena declared as she sat down on her her pull-up with her arms crossed acting like a real toddler.
“But Lena we have lives! What about your husbands and your jobs,” Alice said shocked at her friends refusal.
“Silly we toddlers we no haf jobs,” Nicole said with an impish grin while Sharon nodded with enthusiastic agreement.
Alice was stunned unable to believe that her friends were so willing to stay as toddlers and grow up the long way.
“Well I do know a few other spells that could help shift reality so it would be as you’d always been toddlers,” the owner replied as the three toddlers began to grow excited.
“Alice join us!” Lena said excitedly as Alice stood in a stupor.
