Katie turned to face Sherry, her face was slightly frightened by Sherry's tone, but when she stopped, all she could see was an immobile and increasing plastic-looking girl, terrified behind her frozen smile. She knelt down, her legs now fully flesh and blood. "I don't like bullies, Sherry. Does someone need a time out?"
Katie flipped the tables on Sherry, positioning herself as the adult in this situation, looking down menacingly at her with her fully human eyes, in their crystal clear reflection, she saw her own, solid plastic and unblinking.
"I'm serious, super serious, I will—, I will—." Sherry's voice wavered heavilly, she was immobile, closing in on being a totally inanimate doll like Katie once was, she even had Katie's face plastered onto her own. In only a few moments, her form and Katie's old form would be indistinguishable from each other. "My computer... hit CTRL + Z! Please!"
Just like that... Sherry was gone, the smiling plastic doll was all that remained now. Katie picked her up and inspected her, locked away in there was a living, breathing human being... or at least there was, now Katie was the only one of those that could be found in that room. She took care as she gingerly placed the 'doll' back into the position that Sherry had found Katie in moments earlier. The two had effectively swapped places.
Something knocked around in Katie's brain. Before Sherry disappeared, she mentioned a computer... What was a computer?
Perhaps it was time that Katie learned for herself?
... or maybe it was just time for her to play some dress up.
