The two dazed figures began to shudder as the transformative powers of the metamagic water worked its way through their systems. It looked more violent than any change Sorhafe had seen before; the way their muscles contorted and limbs bent seemed more like a seizure than transformation. Unfiltered magic was truly a force to be reckoned with.
And yet just as suddenly as the convulsions started, they stopped and the pair's transformations began. Their limbs melted away and retreated into their bodies, leaving them quadriplegic. Their heads were the next to go; Eliza's cute button nose and other features melted away as Bart's were absorbed into his fatty face, leaving behind smooth featureless mounds. Their torso's, meanwhile, swelled like overinflated balloons, bursting off their clothes and armor in a dramatic fashion. The grew more and more until the moment they looked ready to burst, at which point they collapsed into themselves dissolved into pink puddles.
"Look!" Steph shouted, ignoring the fate of Bart and Eliza, "this gutplate will fit perfectly around my lower four tits. And this fatass even had breastplate for his manboobs! I'm completely covered!"
Sorhafe spurned her master, glancing at the two formless slimes before her in pity. Formless slimes, she knew as a ranger, were the lowest of all of creation's animals. Well, "animals". Most were mindless and little more than puddles. A select few had enough soul and spirit to eventually ascend to a more distinct form and become sentient slimes, but Sorhafe doubted Eliza and Bart had the will necessary. They were, after all, humans. They lacked the stubbornness of dwarves or the strong-mindedness of Elves to evolve out of such simplicity.
Steph, meanwhile, had donned her new armor and had helped herself to Fat Bart's claymore. She'd have preferred a battleaxe, but this would have to do for now. Noticing her thrall's attention towards the puddles that were Eliza and Bart, she grabbed one of the cleric's empty healing pots and tossed it towards her.
"Stuff those two into there. They may be just slimes, but we won't let 'em go to waste. We're gonna..."
