"For many people, September is the month of waiting before October." said Miles, as he queued up the list of clips. "But to others, especially Animalians, September is more like 'Bicep-Tember', and a good reason to get in shape. However, the old saying 'sometimes we get ideas, and sometimes we get good ideas' holds true in Animalia as it does elsewhere." At that, he showed several clips of guys doing some really unusual workouts in Claw Coliseum and elsewhere. While most of them were simple enough to be labeled as different forms of CrossFit training, others were just too different to be labeled as "just crazy". One really good example was where one guy was holding onto the seat of a workout bike and pushing and pulling it (but let's be honest, the less said about this, the better).
Of course, it wasn't just guys doing unusual workouts, girls were seemingly as likely as guys to do really unusual workouts, with results that were either just as funny or even funnier than when guys do them. One prime example of this was when one girl's top accidently broke mid rep, but fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it), anything indecent had digital stickers "slapped on" with a matching silly sound effect, so nobody underage was scarred by such a thing (but to be safe, the clip was posted in the Premium section of the website).

"Of course, with an increase in musculature comes an increase in confidence." said Miles, as he got a slideshow ready. "And, especially for Animalians, an increase in confidence leads to an increase in putting on a display." At that, Double D from Ed Edd n Eddy said 'Some animals put on a display to attract attention from a suitable mate.' before Miles continued, "Because of that, both the BARA and ROSE Houses have been doing photoshoots of their own, in cooperation with Animalia School of Modeling. While most of the photos are too spicy to share outside of the Premium section of the website, here are some pictures that are decent enough to share, while also showing how not to do certain things. At that, everyone was laughing at the magnificent mess-ups, great goofs, and style slip-ups that were on display. While some were easy to identify, others were not-so-easy. A surprising example of the latter was where someone got the pose and outfit right, the hilariously bad haircut they sported ruined a good portion of the photoshoot.
