Ty decided to explore the mansion he had created. It was a truly daunting place, larger than the largest mega-mall. Many of the upper to mid floors were entirely empty and unfinished, representing his unclear design for them. On the roof, under the fading sun, was the tropical green house, a living climate controlled jungle filled with rich smells and towering plants. The basement went two floors deep, housing electrical panels, a self-contained generator, two full service kitchens, staff bedrooms (presently unused), a laundry room, a wine cellar, locker rooms, a security office, and so on. Ty added a massive Olympic sized pool, a sauna, a giraffe sized hot tub, a fifty foot diving board, and a whole water park that took up the fourth and fifth levels. On the sixth, a complete giraffe sized multiplex, arena, skating rink, and movie theatre. The seventh, more bedrooms, condo-style apartments, the eighth, a full sized indoor mall, and the ninth and tenth, more housing. The wings on the ground floor became art galleries and museums devoted to the Giraffus family. He expanded the building further to include a full sized mall that would one day be filled with shops and entertainment. And above it all, in a private tower off the main building, Ty set up his own massive room. He just kept expanding and expanding the building until it was a massive fifty floor complex that could be best described as a huge indoor city with boulevards, glass walkways, electric trams, escalators, and even an indoor amusement park with a go-kart track. Every possible need was catered to. Every possible entertainment and perversion was accommodated. Giraffe Tower even had its own free wifi.
And now... he needed residents and workers for his anthropomorphic and human utopia.
But first, he decided to go find Mark.

Ty found the naked, fat, and sleeping middle aged Mark passed on the pristine floor of one of the new apartment complexes. Ty figured that approximately this would have been June and Mark’s bedroom location way back when.
“Hello, fuckface,” Ty said bitterly. He laughed at the helpless man-up Mark and shook his head. “If you could see me now. If you could see June now. I’ve probably fucked her more in the last two days than you have in two years.”
Ty stared at his step dad, all saggy and small dicked, and smiled. He decided to shrink the man down for easy carrying. Mark barely moved as he shrank, oblivious to his fate as Ty reduced him to only a few inches tall. Watching him decrease in size was erotic to Ty. He knew he would have to play with him and torment him. And change him.
Ty materialized a glass jar, scooped Mark up, and closed the lid tight. With a smile, he exited the apartment only to be startled to find June standing there. She was dressed now, in a lovely floral print blouse and giraffe sized jeans. She tapped her hoof and smirked.
“Thought I’d find you here,” the 12 foot six inch tall South African giraffe lady snarked. “I found him hours ago and I was just waiting.”
“Look, I was just cleaning up the trash left over from your old life.”
“Well, let’s see him,” June held out her furry hand. “What did you do?”
Ty held up the tiny Mark held in a jar and June rolled her eyes. “Well, you two go have fun. I’m quite enjoying my new mate, thank you.”
“Mike is treating you right?” Ty smiled.
“Oh, man,” June shook her head. “He’s a proper gentleman, Ty.”
“All right, well, you guys just live your life, I guess. I know it’s a little barren right now, but there’s still lots to do.”
“Yeah, I saw that!” June glanced down the hall to the concert hall entrance by the elevator. “I’m guessing we’ll have some neighbours soon? The raffies, I mean.”
“That’s the plan,” Ty grinned.
“Well, there’s plenty to eat and lots to do for now,” June nodded appreciatively. “And the view from the roof! Just incredible!”
“I’ll see you later,” Ty smiled sheepishly. “D-Do you think Mike would share you?”
“Oh, I’m sure of it,” June blushed. “We’re... we’re all giraffes. We’re... promiscuous.”
“How’s Mel doing, anyway?” Ty laughed, heading to the elevator as June turned the other way.
“Couldn’t tell you, she went to their place hours ago with Gabe mentioning candle wax and whips.”
“So there’s still some of you in her.”
“Hey, Ty,” June turned suddenly, calling down the hall.
The lad stared back as the elevator dinged.
“This is magical,” June said sincerely. “Thank you for using your power like this.”
