Victoria releases me and goes back inside through the bay window. I follow her to find out what she plans to do. Marc enters the living room. He is surprised to see me at his place. He greets Victoria, thinking it's me. He raises his hand to do a fist bump. Victoria stops him right away and tells him she is his sister.
I think Victoria is right not to hide what just happened. I confirm the whole story, specifying that this happened by mistake. Marc looks at us with fixed eyes and thinks we're playing a joke on him. I understand it, why would he believe us? Marc doesn't want to hear us anymore. He goes to get a drink in the kitchen and leaves us to “our child games”. Disappointed, Victoria locks herself in her room upstairs and slams the door.
As for me, I'm not feeling well. I can't become my best friend's little sister? This is inconceivable! Is there necessarily a way to fix this? I take Victoria's smartphone out of my jeans. It automatically unlocks thanks to the camera capturing my female face. Argh! I start searching the internet for information about this mysterious ring.
Meanwhile, Marc doesn't pay attention to us and puts away his sports gear. But a few minutes later he goes out to the backyard to take a look at the drainage grate. No ring around here. But his eye is attracted by a shine a little further away in the grass. It's a ring! Confused, he starts thinking that our story may be true. Marc picks up the ring and puts it on his finger. He thinks about a wish he could make to test. He turns to one of the plastic chairs on the terrace and says:
“I wish this chair was made of pure gold” he said without believing it.
The white chair turns bright yellow before his eyes! He comes closer and tries to lift it... he can't. This is real, the chair has just turned into gold!
He then realizes that you and his sister really swapped bodies. He bursts out laughing. Then he wonders what he could wish for himself thanks to this ring. His brain is about to explode, can he really wish for everything? He remains calm, clenches his fist, then says out loud:
“I wish to be a rich and famous Internet star,” he says confidently.
Suddenly a notification chimes from his phone. He notices around a hundred messages are waiting on Instagram. Then he sees an expensive Hermès watch on his wrist. He suddenly remembers the three product placements he has to do during this month. Marc jumps with joy, his wildest dream has come true in two shakes of a lamb's tail. He checks his phone; his Instagram account has 7 million subscribers. Amazing!
What will Marc do now? Will he keep the ring for himself? Or will he help me get my body back?
