Elliot pulled into the dark opening, Jessica, Chip and Alex stood waiting, he was relieved to see that the quad bikes they were using wern't broken. He dismounted the bike, still in his furry form. "Is everything alright El?" Chip asked
"No, the whole city, they are like I am now..." Elliot answerd
there was a silence
"So you guys can't come into the city with me" Elliot said, breaking the silence
"Well...actually when you were out, we found a device that can change us as much as we want, but we can't do it on the move, so it will have to be permanent until we can use the machine again...and.....it can't interupt changes that it didn't do, so it can't change you" Chip said, aproaching a device hooked up to one of the computers.
"Yeah, well, if thats true, meet me outside on the quads in five minutes" Elliot ordered, heading to a display case. He never used weapons before, or, at least he thought he hadn't, but....he scarecly remebered useing one once and.....he did, he knew how to load it, fire it and everything. He took a 45 out of the case and headed outside.
5 minutes later, the rest of the team joined Elliot outside, Alex was covered in grey fur, paws on his hands and feet as he stood proudly a long wolfs muzzle from his face, with pointed ears.
Chip, not much of a canine type, but he apparently picked a fox, his orange and white fur glowed brightly in the sunlight as he prepared his quad. Jessica was a little different, silvery scales covered her entire body as a long reptillian tail swung gently behind her, acompaied with the occational flap of her dragon wings, a long dragon snout replaceing her nose and mouth, Elliot barely recognized her.
"Come on Elliot, let me fly, please?" she whined
Elliot smiled "Jess, you have been in that form, for five minutes, and although you MAY know how to fly....I don't wanna risk you hurting yourself. She nodded slowly and reluctantly mounted her quad. Elliot climbed aboard hectors bike and the team started out towards the car showroom.
