You pick Arctic wolf. She goes back to her vials, and selects the right vial to inject you so you will become an Arctic wolf. Then she removes your clothes as the changes start, so they won't be in the way since a wolf doesn't need clothes.
She leaves the room to let the change take its course and will come back in few hours when your a full wolf to introduce you to your new home.
