“No thanks, Bro. Maybe later.”
Reality had changed so much in the past couple of hours that John didn’t think he could fix it, or return things to normal. So, instead he decided to change his own mind to fit this new reality. He scanned himself with the device and the sentence read:
“John is worried about marrying his brother”
He decided to change “worried” to excited. As soon as he did he smiled as his brother caressed his thigh, he covered his hand with his own and Thomas rested his head on John’s shoulder. John then realized he had something in his pocket, he didn’t realize what it was at first but then smiled as he remembered. It was a small box and inside the box was a ring. That’s right, the entire point of his family even arranging this trip was to give John a chance to propose to Thomas. John was so excited that he could hardly contain himself.
