"I don't know, I think I'd like to change some things concerning my new situation." Said James. "Very well then, what you you like to change?" asked Madame. "I think I would enjoy more limitations." replied James. "Okay, James, since you feel that way, you'll no longer ever have to worry about leaving your room for a bath. Now, you can just stay in your room all the time. Why don't you look back at that cloud you've been watching and see how?" said Madame. James turned is attention back to the room in the cloud. He noticed the room morph again as one of the walls pushed out forming a large bay. The floor of the added bay turned to slip white slip resistant tile and in the center of the bay, a drain formed. A section of the wall shifted as it developed a locked panel. Behind the locked door of the panel, a pipe was growing inside the panel that a hose could be screwed into. Above the panel, another locked panel formed. Inside that panel, a pull-out shower head materialized. Across from the crib a giant mirror formed. However, it wasn't a mirror, but a one way window so that people could see in on him, but he couldn't see out. The window on his door completely disappeared. What James couldn't see beyond the door was another room forming. This room, an observation room, had black painted walls, black painted ceiling, and black carpet. This room had no lighting so that the occupants inside it could have a very clear view of what's happening through the one way window into James' new room. The door leading out of the observation room and into the hallway formed in a part of the room so that someone would have to walk completely through the room leaving the hallway door completely hidden away from view of James' room door and so that no light from the hallway would reach the door leading into James' room. This essentially left James' new room to have no view to what ever is beyond it except for the pitch black coming from the observation room when the door to his room was open. Jim then watched through the cloud into his room as his room door opened and a care taker wheeled in a large green colored gurney looking thing over toward the shower stall and placed it inside. "Well, James, as you can see, you now have a portable shower trolley that will be wheeled into your room three days a week so that you can have your bath. Don't worry, you won't have to walk, crawl, or even move to get into your special trolley. All your caretakers have to do is wheel the trolley beside your crib and they will move you into the shower trolley and strap you in. Then all they have to do is wheel the trolley over the shower bay, unlock the drain panel and screw the drain from the trolley into the pipe in the drain panel. Then after that, they just have to unlock the shower head panel, pull the shower head out, and turn the knob below the shower head in the shower head panel to turn on the water. You'll never have to worry about getting burnt or being too cold as the water is already set to 100F, just the right temperature for bathing a patient in need of care. But, I'm not done with you yet, you were upset that you had to loose your teeth so that you could enjoy your new meals. I have to change that so you'll be happy. No, you won't be getting your teeth back, but I have a surprise for you!" said, Madame. James something starting to obstruct one of his nostrils. He could feel that a tube was forming inside his nose. He watched it line up with cheek before a piece of medical tape formed on top of the tube keeping it in place on his cheek. "There you go! Are you happy now? You won't have to worry about swallowing your mush anymore. You're going to be tube fed a formula that is specifically designed for people with digestive problems. This way, you'll always know that you're going to get your nutrition. You'll be fed twenty four hours a day and seven days a week using a pump and bag. However, you'll never exceed 1,500 calories a day." said, Madame. James turned back towards watching the cloud with his room in it as another caretaker wheeled in a pole used to hold bags and the attached pump. The caretaker placed the pole by James' crib. James asked," Madame, aren't you worried that I might make it to the shower bay and either mess things up or get hurt? What about my safety around my feeding pole?" Madame simply responded with a nod. A wall formed cutting off the shower bay instead turning it into a shower room. Another steel door was added to the room, complete with door knob and keypad. Furthermore, a new window formed so that someone could either look in to the shower room from James' room or look into James' room from the shower room. Furthermore, a new waterproof camera formed in the shower room so that the institution could look in on James if need be while getting his bath. "James, I've decided that you need a different set of toys to play with. Since you'll be in a jumpsuit with built-in mittens all the time, you'll need toys that you can actually grasp. Therefore, you'll only be limited to large green foam blocks covered in easy to clean vinyl or large green foam balls that are also covered in vinyl. This way, you'll still be able to pick them up with your mittens and throw them, bang them against your tray, drop them, stack them, or put them in your mouth to taste them and feel their texture with your gums and tongue. Of course, the blocks and balls will be big enough that you can't completely put them in your mouth so that you don't choke. You'll never know what type of block or ball you'll get. Some will rattle when you shake them and others will have the sound of a tinkling bell. You'll never have to worry about danger while you play. You'll always have a caretaker by your side making sure you stay safe." said Madame. Oh, that reminds me, you have to make your choice now! Do you prefer to have a low IQ or would you rather just be perceived as having the mental capacity of a six month old. Or.....I could lower your status down to the IQ of a newborn if you like, but now's the time to decide! There's nothing more I can do for you aside from what I promised to fulfill", Madam said. James looked at the cloud again as the two caretakers stepped through the cloud and up onto Madame's stage. They walked up to James' wheelchair and stood on either side of it. "They're ready to take you through the cloud and into your new home James, please decide on your final decisions so that I can make everything right for you!" finished, Madame.
