John blinked with his thick new eyelashes. "Wait, that don't seem right..." she said in a confused yet still quite flirty tone, but lost her chain of thought as one of the wolves gave her butt a good squeeze and the other slipped her the tongue. The three headed off towards the nearest hotel, with Carrie still shouting objections and trying to get the balloon vendor's attention. He was already busy with his next customer though, so Carrie looked around for someone else to help.
Eventually she saw a gruff looking bulldog cop conducting traffic and flagged him down. Leaving his stop sign and whistle hanging in mid-air, he stepped aside with her as she frantically tried to explain what happened.
"My husband and I are vacationing here. We had him turned into a toon over there..." she turned to point back towards the balloon vendor but couldn't find him in the bustling crowds. "Then suddenly these two toons grabbed him and dragged him off! You have to do something!"
"All right all right all right, settle down," said the cop, with a thick Irish accent. "Now where did you see your husband last?"
It took a bit of asking around but eventually some helpful toons were able to point them towards the hotel. At the front desk, Carrie asked if two wolves and a woman in a red dress had checked in. They were directed to the elevator, got held up a bit by the bellhop (a slow-witted hippo) making quite a few mistakes before taking them to the correct floor, and came upon a door from behind which came an absolute cacophony of distressing sounds. Train whistles, a boiling kettle, loud springs, howls, even an huge explosion. The cop pounded on the door for some time demanding to be let in before just charging through, at which point he and Carrie were greeted with the sight of a kingside bed bouncing off the ground with steam shooting out from the sides, and lumpy shapes circling around under the sheets. It quickly settled down and Jon's new toonified head slowly slid out towards a plush pillow, flanked by the two wolves, all three of them sporting smiles so wide they extended off the sides of their heads. Three lit cigarettes popped out of John's mouth, with the wolves each taking one and everyone taking a long drag before one of the wolves asked, "can we help you officer?"
Carrie was frozen in shock at the realization of what they'd just walked in on and had to be prompted by the cop to speak up. "Well, I think it's quite clear what's going on here... now which of these is your husband then, hmm?"
"That's him," Carrie stammered, pointing. "John what are you doing!?" she exclaimed.
The three in the bed exchanged glances. The wolves were playing innocent, and John was completely oblivious. Being pumped up like a balloon had left her a bit of an airhead, and that was before these two big strapping wolves had just screwed her brains out. Right now she couldn't remember her own name or really much of anything besides how great that sex just then had been and how she was very much up for another round as soon as these party crashers shut the door.
The cop, not quite sure who Carrie was pointing at was seeming a bit flummoxed. "Right, well. There's no law against cheating on your wife... what I'd recommend is getting yourself a nice frying pan to smack him with once you get home, or maybe getting revenge with a date of your own with some big tough stud. Maybe a man in uniform?" He wiggled his eyebrows.
Sensing the conversation was over, John took one last puff of her cigarette and retracted below the blankets again, two very feminine hands reaching up after to push the wolves down to join her.
