"I see that you're sorry. You seem sincere but I still have doubts. But I'll give you a chance. Since you seem to miss your male parts so much, well, I'll give them back to you but I do think you need to learn to respect the fay kind a bit more."

"There! You are just too cute!" gushes the fairy. "You look like you just arrived from dreamland! No fay will resist you! Don't worry, a sweet little boy like you won't stay alone for long! You'll soon find your mommy and daddy! I'll go and shout out that a poor little boy is lost in the fay realm and in no time a fay creature will snatch you to love you and raise you like his own!"
She darts away, leaving you to shout out that you are there for any fay to come and grab you. So in your ridiculous outfit and with a teddy bear in your arms, you run away, so as to put as much distance between potential fays that want to play house and you. Hopefully, you'll get far away enough and manage to escape. Somehow...
