Lockwood High had a serious problem. Many of the students there had become either unruly or were undeperforming in their grades. Some of the students were on drugs while others were in gangs. Heck, a couple of students were homeless and a few came from abusive families. The government had cut funding several times to encourage the people working at the school to get better results, but the funding cuts only made the situation worse. The school was on it's last leg and was about to shut down until a secret government experiment landed in the school's lap giving them a chance to turn things around and access to a lot of needed cash flow. The program was set up in the special education building which for some reason had been expanded to four times its size over the summer. The premise of the program was to enroll students into the program and mentally regress them to a younger age when they were happy. The students would be given special pins that they could wear on their clothes that would hypnotize them and everyone around them. The person who was wearing the pin would regress to a younger age while any student around the student wearing the pin would be hypnotically compelled to treat the student wearing the pin as the student's targeted mental age. The pin also would be worn at home by the student so that parents and siblings would also treat the one wearing the pin as the pin's target mental age. The pin would also hypnotize the parents to become better parents. There were several types of pins to be given out to the students. On the bottom was the "wiggles" class which had a pin in the shape of a baby on its back. The target mental age was 0-3 month. The next pin, the inch worm, had a target mental age of 3-6 months. The next pin, the rollie pollies, had a target age of 6-9 months. The next target age was 9-12 months. That pin was a teddy bear. The 1 year old group had a penguin pin while the 2 year old group had a panda. The three year old group's pin was a koala and the four year old group's pin was a red panda. Finally, the five year old group featured a elephant pin. The school was hoping to turn itself into a nursery serving the regressed teens. But first, they had to convince every teen in the school to wear the pin that was assigned to them with the help of a behavioral specialist, a psychologist, and a doctor in child development.
