As Sofie grabbed a towel from her boyfriend James, she couldn’t help but look at her new mermaid tail. She hadn’t gotten the best look of it while she was making love to James in the bathtub, that in itself was mind blowing good but seeing her new tail was also a wonder.
Since her boyfriend had loved the scene from the movie splash, she expects to see a tail like the actress had, but while she couldn’t remember what color the tail was in the movie she knew it wasn’t purple in color.
Purple was Sofie’s favorite color, she always felt purple went well with her darker hair but now it looked even better as a tail. There were some lighter shades, but it was mostly a rich dark purple with a lighter purple frill around her hips in the classic mermaid fashion.
She grabbed the towel and began to dry off her legs and it took a good minute or two but the scales began to turn back into flesh before her tail split apart as her human legs returned. It was weird to watch and slightly sickening but in time her legs were back to normal.
Well aside from a small patch of scales on her right hip, it looked like a tattoo and when her hand touched it she felt human flesh.
“My guess it is a sign that you’re a mermaid.” said James as he bent down and kissed her forehead. “I don’t know how you became a mermaid, and I didn’t think it was possible but I love you more for it.”
“I am just concern about rain.” Said Sofie “And would drinking water transform me into a mermaid?”
“In the movie she needed salt water to become a mermaid.” Said James as Sofie looked toward the side of the bath. She had put in some bath salts before she had gotten into it.
Wrapping a towel around herself she moved toward the sink and put her hand under the water. Nothing happened.
“See, nothing to worry about.” Said James “How did you become a mermaid?”
Sofie quickly explained the strange gift, the orb and wishing to become his ideal lover.
Walking over to where the gift box hand been, they found the orb gone along with the gift box. Only the note remained however even as James was reading it the note was disappearing in his hands.
“Sofie…it says that if you wish to become a mythical creature you can transform others and spread the gift.” Said James as Sofie looked at him, slightly confused, then it hit her.
“Are you saying I could turn you into a merman?” inquired Sofie
“Or already did.” stated James “We did just have sex…that is far more then some bite from some werewolf.”
“Oh….” said Sofie as James walked back toward the bathroom and began to refill the bathtub with water and put in the salt.
“Let’s see.” said James as he stripped before he lowered himself into the water.
