Stephanie was at a complete loss of an explanation, her adoptive grandparents had somehow become a 17 and 15 year old teenager and there was no easy explanation as to why. Stephanie thought it might have been the Idunn apples again, but she remembered she had wrapped those in plastic so no one would easily eat them again, it couldn't have been one of her friends, they wouldn't have done it just for fun and they certainly wouldn't have done so without her permission. Stephanie had only two options left and they were standing in front of her.
"Grandma, Grandpa, are you sure one of you didn't do this absentmindedly to each other? You know, maybe one of you secretly has magic that you haven't shared with anyone?" Stephanie asked looking at her young grandparents.
"What? No, Stephanie sweetie, I don't know the first thing about magic other than my family has used it various times mostly my granddaughters have used it a lot. Besides, I was an English major, not a student of magic. You don't have to ask Martin anything, he hasn't used magic before either." Marilyn reassured her granddaughter.
"But grandma, grandpa told me he went to see Merlin when he..." Stephanie began but stopped when she noticed Martin trying to make her stop.
Marilyn noticed this and glared at him slowly walking over to him.
"Martin Lee O'Toole, did you have anything to do with this? At all? Did you think I would have a gas being turned into a 15 year-old again? Did my 70 year-old body not satisfy you? Do you hate how old and wrinkly I've gotten?" Marilyn asked stepping up to her young husband looking angry.
"Remember dear, you are a teenager, so you are a bit more emotional right now. Now please don't flip your wig, but maybe...and I say maybe that maybe I indirectly did this somehow, because....I visited Merlin's magic shop when I was young to help me get the attention of a girl who never noticed me." Martin confessed.
"You used magic on me to make me fall in love with you?!" Marilyn exclaimed.
"Not completely, just please let me explain dear..." Martin tried to say.
"No, don't try to explain it to me, you thought you weren't good enough for me? Well, you've meant more to me than anything in all these years Martin, I can't believe you kept this from me for all these years! I....I can't look at you right now!" Marilyn said as she began to cry and ran into Stephanie's bedroom and shut the door behind her.
"Grandma, wait!" Stephanie said trying to call her grandmother back but it was to no avail.
"You better tell me everything before and after we're married." Spark said to Connor who nodded in response to her.
"I'll try talking to her." Martin said.
"IF YOU'RE NAME IS MARTIN LEE O'TOOLE, I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU RIGHT NOW!!!!" Marilyn angrily shouted through her tears as she slammed Stephanie's door.
"Oh, thank god I didn't call my moms to come help with this." Stephanie groaned.
"Okay, Martin, I think it's time for a little history lesson from you." Nat said pointing her finger at Martin.
"History lesson? Kids we need to..." Martin said before Stephanie held her young grandfather's arm.
"Grandpa, please just tell us first the whole story of what you did when you went to Merlin's magic shop all those years ago? It could help you and grandma, maybe it's part of the reason why you two are young again? Just tell me, your granddaughter what is going on so I can help you two." Stephanie pleaded as Martin nodded and began his story of his youth.
