Wanting to quickly go down and join the spectators around the freshly transformed fountain, Josh decided that it was finally time to undergo a transformation himself. Immediately, he found himself in the void, with his own profile open. He decided to change himself into the first thing he could think of: a sparrow. He had no idea why his mind came up with a sparrow, but it was the perfect choice. He could fly down, and he could experience what it's like to be a bird. Plus, the smaller size might come in handy.
But then, he had a thought. "If I turn into a bird, will Andrew also turn into a bird since we're twins right now?"
The resort's computer answered. "Guest transformations do not cause the transformation of other guests, unless the transformation necessitates it, such as a conjoinment or body swap. And although reality will alter to accommodate your transformation, it will not affect relations with other guests. As a surpreme VIP, though, you can give your transformation these side effects, should you wish."
Josh did not wish. He just wanted to make sure he didn't muck up Andrew's enjoyment while she was running around in a copy of his body.
Seeing no reason to make other changes, he hit the "exit" panel.
The return to reality was jarring, to say the least. He stumbled momentarily, spreading his wings as he found his new sense of balance. Steadying himself, the first thing he noticed was how panoramic his vision now was. Even with his wings spread out, he could easily see them spread from either side of his body. A body that felt VERY strange, covered in feathers. He opened his mouth to say "whoa", but it came out as a chirp. He closed his mouth, feeling his beak close together like it was his teeth. He tried reaching out to touch his beak, but that was awkward, so he instead tucked his head under his wing, a motion that now felt completely natural. It was also a swift motion, his light body now having lightning-quick relfexes.
Then, looking around, he realized how much bigger the world was. He could easily duck under the railing if he wanted to. Looking back into his hotel room with one eye, he noticed that his room now only had one small bed, he assumed for Andrew. To the side of the bed was now an open bird cage. Josh wasn't sure whether he'd stay a bird long enough to make use of it. In fact, he'll probably go to bed with a much more wild transformation.
For now, the task at hand. He needed to get down to the Steven the Fountain. At first, he tried taking a step. But that motion, too, was awkward. He noted how he stood on the tips of his feet, with his toes spread in different directions. His legs felt springy. He gave a tentative hop forward, and once again found the correct motion completely natural. Deciding to test out his grabby toes, he gives a hop and flap in between the bars of the railing, using his toes to grab onto the bottom rung of the rail. Again, it was a natural movement, and Josh marvelled at the feeling of his toes wrapped around the bottom rung, both foward and back.
Throwing caution to the wind, Josh lept off the balcony and spread his wings, flapping them with a certain expertise, and using his tailfeathers as a rudder, as though he had been flying his whole life. He made a few laps above the coutyard and pool, watching the scenery whiz past his panoramic vision, listening to the rapid beats of his own wings. His body felt light and full of air. He happily gave a chirp, before gliding down toward Steven the Fountain. He soon put on the breaks, hovering briefly before landing on the fountain's penis. A perfect 2-point landing. And an impressive one, given the slanted-down nature of urinating dicks. Josh loved how easily he could hold on to the penis's surface with his toes.
By this point, the crowd around the new fountain had mostly dispersed, so hardly anyone noticed the sparrow landing in the odd position. Josh never thought he'd find himself standing on another person's penis like this. Up until a little while ago, he wouldn't have even wanted to *look at* another man's penis. Likewise, it was interesting to think that the stone he now clung to used to be flesh and blood. Now, it really was just solid stone, the image of a penis rather than an actual penis. Josh watched as water continually poured out of it, lightly splashing in the pool below.
Then he noticed someone approaching them from across the pool. It was Jenny, Steven's daughter. Not wanting to risk getting splashed, Josh hopped off her former father's penis and fluttered up to the top of his head. (A part of Josh wanted to try out his new bird plumbing up there, but he assumed there were probably rules against that.)
"Dad, is that you?" Jenny swam up, eying over the recognizeable figure. After a moment, she pulled herself out of the water, standing up and placing her hand on the fountain. This allowed Josh to get a better look at the monkey woman. She was covered nearly head to toe in fur, with no human hair to speak of. Her face sported a round muzzle and was mostly bare, along with the palms of her hands and presumably soles of her feet. A tail slowly swung behind her. Her perky breasts were held by a blue one-piece swimsuit, which Josh knew to be her husband, Kevin.
"Wow. Wait'll mom hears about this." A moment passes. "Yeah, it was probably the resort." Another couple of moments. "You know, that's true. Okay, let's do that. Bye, Dad!" She turned away, tail lifted and its tip wiggling happily.
Josh wondered what that was about. Could Jenny hear her husband's thoughts? Josh will have to keep that possibility in mind.
For now, he was ready to do something else. His sparrow head darted as he looked around at various guests. Now that he was down here, he could easily go crazy transforming the crowd around him, with a unique front-row seat to watch their reactions. Although, he could also look up his twin brother's location and find out what she's up to.
