Despite their grand offers and words of allegiance, The Normal and Vanessa didn’t get off to a good start. After rescuing her from the agents, she was thrown into a cell and hosed down. Then a little girl with purple hair wearing a lab coat pricked her with a needle and she fell unconscious. When she woke she was in a fancy flat, specialized windows allowed for the blinds to be open during the day and not harm vampires. Vanessa looked down and saw that her old, ragged dress was gone and she had been redressed into a dark burgundy skirt suit with black heels. She went to a mirror, not being backed by silver meant she could use this mirror, and saw that her messy blonde hair had been washed and trimmed and she had been given straight blunt bangs. She unbuttoned her shirt and saw a fading puncture from what had to be a triangle-shaped-needle.
The vampire tried the door and confirmed her suspicions that it was locked, she pounded on the door and once she punched a hole through it, it opened, the small purple haired scientist from before entered.
“Um, please don’t break the door, we just had this place fixed up, the last tenants were not so tidy.” She said, closing the door behind her.
“Awful brave of you, little girl, coming in here alone.” Vanessa said.
“I’m Dr. Eastly. Point one: I’m not a little girl, point 2: you can’t hurt me, I am infected with a virus from another timeline, unless you want to end up like me, I suggest you save your bloodlust.” The Lolita girl explained.
“Sorry about the hoses and burning your old clothes, they made you a walking bio hazard for blood borne diseases.” Dr. Eastly explained.
“Not to worry dear, it is of little concern to me.” Vanessa said, undoing her blouse and removing her jacket.
Then Choon Hee walked in, she wore a prim and proper suit and behind her was a woman with completely red eyes, her skin was white and sallow, a mechanism was implanted in her torso right below the collarbone with a glowing red center, several mechanical mechanisms stuck out of the skin.
“We might as well get straight to the point Ms. Alexandrescu. We have brought you here to offer you a deal: The Normal will provide you with resources and these…” the Korean pointed to the cybernetic person next to her.
“…and all we ask from you is the destruction of the Tepes family and for you to rule over the vampires.” Choon Hee continued.
“And what is this…thing you have brought before me?” Vanessa asked.
“Allow me to explain: this is the first successful subject of Project Redline. We’ve taken a vampire and drained its blood, replacing it with a AB-252: a special synthetic blood. Along with cybernetic implants that combine to make a powerful weapon. These will provide the perfect tools for you to reclaim your throne.” Dr. Eastly explained.
“Abominations…How many can you make?” The Mad Queen asked with a wicked smile.
“We can acquire as many rogue or unaffiliated vampires as you need. Do we have a deal Ms. Alexandrescu?” The Kumiho replied.
The vampire looked to the Korean and smiled.
