At first, Haruka Hirayama watched as her own body leave her when her head was stuck on the table. She was known as a geeky person mostly for her interest and not for how she looks. Besides video games, she was a collector of a bunch of anime merch and her Japanese background made it easy to read Japanese and know good places to get merch. For the most part, she wore a school uniform like a typical anime character that was accepted in class since it was not over the top and looked like an actual uniform.
The head then was introduced to a body wearing a suit while its lanky body shape was the thing that stood out. Haruka felt herself be picked up and recognizing the body to belong to that French Exchange Student. Despite being headless, the body was surprisingly careful with picking her up. Brushing her twintailed hair aside and popping her head onto said body.
After class, she had to meet the person she swapped with as she encountered her old body with the head of a blond girl with stylized short hair that you could mistake her for being a femboy. Said head surprisingly matched with the geek's body and looked so much better and was named Adeline Allard.
"Oh hello." the exchange student said. "Don't be shy, I am fluent in English."
"It's not that, I'm just a bit nervous about the whole swap thing." Haruka said.
"Honestly, I see this as a new experience. This body seems more feminine than my old one." Adeline said.
"You don't say." Haruka said. "I honestly thought you are so beautiful. At least in a masculine way."
"I get that a lot." Adeline said. "We might have swap heads but that does not mean we swap lives. No need to worry about being French or knowing it."
"The same can be said for me, just on the Japanese front." Haruka said as she had her phone out. "We got to at least get contact information."
"Of course." Adeline said as she exchanged numbers with the girl she swapped heads with.
