"This is ridiculous girls," Rick called. "Your outnumbered, outgunned, and outclassed. Make this easy and just come out. I don't want to blow up the house!" As no answer returned, Rick could only sigh. Sure he was eventually going to take out the MacGregor family but, he was hoping to do it later. Turning to the squadron of troops, he now motioned for the group to move in.
As the troops stepped forward, they were shocked as something now crashed into the MacGregor's front lawn. Dust and debris were kicked into the air, Rick shielding his eyes as he gazed at the impact crater. As the dust settled, Rick raised an eyebrow as he stared at two college age women standing between his forces and the house. "Who the hell are you," he asked, pausing as a guitar rift now echoed throughout the neighborhood. "And where the hell is that music coming from?"
"Sorry that's my girlfriend," an dark haired girl groaned. "She figured out how to conjure music whenevershe arrives." Rick stood for a moment befuddled, his eyes locked on a skinny Japanese woman and a ebony haired woman whose pale skin was turning crimson in embarrassment. "What in the hell is going on," he exclaimed.
"We've come to stop you," the Japanese girl proclaimed. "This is my lovely life partner Diane Green. As for me I'm Naomi Tozawa. Just a wizard for fun."
Rick gawked, watching as Naomi pointed to him dramatically. Right now he was feeling just as mortified as Naomi's girlfriend Diane. This girl couldn't be serious?! Sighing, he motioned towards his soldiers, giving them the order to fire.
Diane grit her teeth, erecting a magical barrier that now protected the pair of wizards as well as the MacGregor home. "Babe can you finish these guys off already," she exclaimed. "This isn't ss easy as I'm making it look!" Naomi grinned, she hadn't had a chance to truely test her entrance music spell yet and was enjoying the sound of Saitamas theme blaring over the gunfire. "Give it a second Di," she smiled. "I just want it to hit the crescendo. By the way, you're doing great!" Diane simply rolled her eyes. If Naomi wasn't such an adorable dork, she would have broken up with a long time ago. "You're lucky I love you babe." Naomi grinned, listening to the theme reach its crescendo before blowing her longtime girlfriend a kiss. It was time.
Rick was growing frustrated, this wizards shield was proving to be a nuisance and the music was grinding on his nerves. It looked like he was going to have to step in personally. As he was about to cast a spell, he watched Naomi dart forward at inhuman speed before delivering a tremendous uppercut to a group of soldiers. Ricks jaw dropped, watching as the group of soldiers sailed 50 feet into the air. "Forget the house," he yelled. "Shoot her!"
Naomi grinned, effortlessly dodging between gunshots as she shouted out her spells. Consecutive Serious Punches, Masenko, Detroit Smash, even Bakugos explosive cannon. Soldiers sailed in every direction, the SUVs bursting into flames sending twiated steel everywhere as Naomi's anime based spells wrecked havoc on Ricks troops. "Oh enough of this bullshit," Rick yelled, his ring glowing as he cast a spell of his own.
Naomi shielded herself as Ricks spell now splintered the paved road. "Wow you're pretty good," she smiled, brushing some dust from her clothes. Rick said nothing, a sinister smirk spreading across his face as he pointed back towards the house. As Naomi turned, she gasped as she noticed Diane laying prone on the front lawn. "Diane!!" Racing to her girlfriends side, she could see her girlfriend was hurt, her green eyes unfocused as she lay bleeding from a deep gash to her side as well as a cut to her head.
"Damn he's strong," Diane winced. "Whatever the hell he hit me with went through my shield like it was nothing." Naomi now comforted her girlfriend, making her comfortable before glaring at Rick angrily. "Nobody hurts Diane and gets away with it," she growled. Rick furrowed his brow, watching as blueish green veins now stood out on Naomi's skin, her hair turning silver and standing on end. This girl was powering up, her magic causing the ground to shake.
Now Rick began to notice the music echoing throughout the neighborhood change. The tone became darker, more threatening as he now erected his own defenses. As Naomi stood, her watched as a golden aura surrounded her as she held her hands together before she shouted out her spell.
"FINAL FLASH," Naomi screamed.
Rick grunted, watching as a massive beam of golden light ricketed at him. The heat and power of the blast cinging his eyebrows as it sent him careening backwards. This blast now lifted him into the air, pushing his defenses to their limits. As he fell from a height if 50 feet, Rick braced himself as he stared at this wizard. One agent wasn't worth this type of trouble. Conjuring a portal, Rick scowled before vanishing from the scene.
Nat, Rei, Diana, and Trisha now poked their heads out from their hiding spot. For Nat and Rei they remembered Naomi, the quirky comic obsessed wizard who had taught Miranda when she became a majokko. Neither though had ever seen her in action, the pair shocked at her creativity and strength. The battle had lasted maybe 5 minutes and in that time Naomi had bested an entire squadron of troops. "What in the fuck knuckles was that," Diana now whispered. "Please tell me she's own your side."
"You guys okay," Naomi asked as she assisted her girlfriend to her feet. Nat and the others nodded, wondering what could bring the pair of wizards to Nats front door. "Alot of stuff is happening," Naomi replied gravely. "Thes guys killed a wizard and attacked the other timeline. Plus, something is going on with the vampires. Whatever it is, we're going to need your help. All of your help."
