Jared, walked down the hall, stepping over the dude sleeping there. There were three doors down this end of the hall but only one to the right. She hoped this was the room the naked girl meant.
Inside she found a couple lying in bed but wide awake. Jared was relived to see they were in pyjamas. The girl was a brunette who looked vaguely familiar. The guy looked familiar as well. Jared thought he was the guy who had thrown the party, Tim or Ted or some name like that.
'Morning Dana' The guy said
Then the girl added 'I imagine you must have one hell if a headache?'
'To right I do' Jared replied truthfully. Then tentatively asked 'Are you who I need to thank for putting me in bed?'
'Yeah, with a bit of help from Spike though. He was quite worried about you. I think you two make a great couple. He adores you. I think you've found a keeper with him'
Jared didn't know how to reply to that and struggled to get her thoughts together. Eventually as the silence became uncomfortable she said. 'I don't recall much from last night, but I'm looking for my clothes'
The girl giggled before replying 'I imagine you would be. I think they might have got tossed. They were ruined'
'Um.... How am I supposed to get home?'
The girl giggled once more 'Yeah, I can see the problem. I suppose I can lend you something' The girl bounced out of the bed and opened a nearby wardrobe 'Here, this should work' she pulled out a dress on a hangar. 'I know it's not your style but it should accommodate your bust better than anything else I have'
Jared accepted the garment, grateful to have anything to wear over Dana's underwear. She had a look at the dress. It wasn't Dana's style at all but a plain white dress with a big bow on the waist. Jared would have been more comfortable in jeans but Carol (Who Jared assumed this girl was) didn't share Jared's current curves and any jeans she owned would not fit Dana's body. 'Um... Thanks'
'See if it fits. Just don't spew all over it'
Jared must have looked puzzled as she tried to figure out how to wear the garment. As Carol ended up helping her into it and zipping her up. She commented. 'It's tight on your bust but it actually looks really good on you. Just drop it back sometime next week'
Jarad saw her reflection in a mirror. The dress was certainly not Dana's usual style. Indeed, but for the tattoos she now looked like the sort of girl Jared's mother might have approved of. At least she could now get back to Dana's house. 'Thanks Carol' Jared hoped she had got the name right
'No problem girlfriend. By the way I think your shoes and bag are in the study'
'Thanks again. You're a life saver' Jared had totally forgotten about Dana's shoes an handbag and was grateful. She assumed the handbag contained keys to Dana's house and that was where she was planning to go next.
