With time the government found a peculiar sub category of monsters, these were different from the rest, many of the transformations they already saw were like people turning into fantasy creatures, anthropomorphic animals or people merging with other things. But these case was different these were straight up people that ended up as abominations or real monsters that were a menace for society, as some of them were really powerful with strange abilities or bloodlusted behaviour.
They called them Case Enigma as they couldn't find a way to qualify them with the rest, also called, The horrible files.
Each story starts using a template like the rest of the cases, but adding the abilities and grade sections. The ability one was added as some of the monsters had unidentified powers, and the grade meaning how dangerous it is, going from D to A and finally S (the most dangerous of all).
