Ultimately deciding that the "Enhance" button was utterly useless and stupid, she looked around for other functions that might help April get out of this situation. After looking at some rather problematic options like "Random" and "Dehance", she found a much better function: "Presets".
In it, she saw several dozen presets, ranging from "Mermaid" and "Goblin" to "Cowgirl" and "Witch". In order to really help April, she had to find something a little more... big? After some time she found it, a preset for "Superpowered". Gladly, she picked that preset and waited if something would happen. She didn't notice anything different and looked back at the remote. It displayed the options "Overwrite" and "Add". "Overwrite" meant that everything about the target would be replaced to match the preset while "Add" kept most of the target's identity while adding the preset on top of it. Logically, Laura chose "Add" since she didn't want April to change personality, or something along those lines.
If only she'd also checked that it really was April she was helping...
She pressed apply and looked back at April and Camille, but still, no changes. April was still the same old self while Camille was as huge as ever in her way too tight, black superheroine costume, or in her case, superbully. Everyone knew about the fictional character Supergirl, an immensive strong woman that looked athletic at best. Camille was pretty much the same, only that her foundation wasn't some athletic body, but her gigantic, musclebound frame. So whatever strength the real Supergirl would have, Camille surpassed that by leagues.
So while Camille's body didn't change at all, her strength has increased exponentially, while also getting powers such as flight or super speed.
Laura, naive as she is, tried another preset to see if it would work, this time deciding on "Truthteller". She read the description, and thought being able to change reality by stating something, making false turn to true, was what April needed right now. She added that preset onto the profile and smiled, hoping that would turn the tables on them.
And turning some tables it did. Unbeknownst to Laura, Camille's power to change the truth of things manifested these last few weeks. Before that, she was just your average-looking huge amazonian, superpowered bully. But over these past few weeks, Camille had a lot of new truths to tell, even if only to herself.
What once was a 14 feet tall superbeing was now making April look like an ant. Her 30 feet tall body overshadowed everything in sight. While her muscles shrunk slightly, her curves were more prominent than ever. And while she decreased the size of her muscles by about 20%, she made sure to buff her superpowers by several dozen times to compensate. At first, governments tried to fight against Camille, but after she stated that everyone in the military was 2 feet tall max and weak as can be, they were forced to resign. Not that they would have won if Camille didn't shrink them...
Laura thought the "Truthteller" preset might be enough to help April and well... the world, also. But apparently Camille must've had somehow prevented anybody else from gaining that ability.
