This could make or break your relationship, and you don’t want to do that to the girl you love. Instead, you just pull out something else you’d collected out of a bag and place it on the table. By chance, it happens to be a flyer for a café. “Yeah, you know that café you like, Delilah’s? They're adding a cat café part to it!”
Ciara’s face lights up. “Oh, that's so cute! My two favourite things, cats and donuts, all in one!”
“Aw, I got beat out of your favourites by animals and food?”
She snorts. “You didn't even make the list,” she teases, and lightly smacks your arm. Surreptitiously, you grab out the flashlight and begin fiddling with its settings.
“Anyway, they're serving cat-shaped donut sundaes as a special,” you continue, and begin bathing her arms in blue light as she eats the donut you got her. They begin to harden and swell. “We should go some time.”
“We should,” Ciara agrees. You can't focus on her face, though, or really the conversation in general. You're too busy watching the transformation.
Her fingers broaden, no longer slim and dainty but stocky and large. Her entire hand grows larger, as do her arms. Hair begins to spread across them - gingery-red, just like her hair. Her biceps swell, and you're suddenly not looking at the arms of a girl who only does a bit of cardio every now and again. You're looking at the arms of an athletic man.
“Jason? Are you listening to me?” Ciara suddenly says, and you look up at her, switching the light off. She's still just as beautiful and feminine, just attached to two long, strong, burly arms.
“What was that?” you stammer back?
She rolls her eyes. “I was just saying that the donut was nice, and thanking you for getting it for me.” She claps you on your shoulder, and you're taken aback by the sudden strength she’s gained. “Come on, let's head home.”
