"This is real?!" Brianna asked, a grin spreading across her face.
"It is, sweetie," Stacy said, pleased to see that her wife didn't look frightened or angry. "This is the real me."
"I love it!" Brianna cried, running her hands through Stacy's striped fur. "You look so cute as a tiger! Have you always been like this?"
"Yeah," Stacy nodded. "I was born in a nomadic werecat pride. My pride sent me and a few others out to form a subpride in this town to keep tabs on human affairs."
"So you could've been looking like this for our entire marriage and you kept it all to yourself?" Brianna asked with playful accusation. "Naughty, naughty! You know how much I love cats."
"I'm glad you do," Stacy smiled, "because I have to ask you to become one."
"Sold!" Brianna cheered. "I've been dreaming about this since I was a little girl. Wait... am I dreaming? My wife is a weretiger and I can be one too? This all of my wildest fantasies come to life!" Brianna pinched herself. "Ouch! Nope, I'm wide awake. Good. So, why are you making this offer now? Why are you even showing your true self now? We've been married for years."
"Because I'm being recalled," Stacy answered.
"Recalled?" Brianna asked, still playing with her wife's chest fluff.
"Back to my pride," Stacy explained. "Mary, Rose, Monica, and me. We're all werecats, and the alpha is summoning us back to our pride in the wilderness. We're supposed to bring our families with us."
"Why does the alpha want you to leave?" Brianna asked.
"We don't know," Stacy responded, "just that the werewolves are leaving too. By the way, Mary's husband Thomas is a werewolf. Just so you know."
"That must make for an interesting marriage," Brianna smirked.
"I wonder how their alphas will take it," Stacy wondered. "We do have a theory about the recall. Many centuries ago, we werebeasts had a great civilization, a magnificent city. It was destroyed long ago by humans. The traditional tales that Mary and the alpha tell paint the humans as the villains, but I sometimes wonder if there were bad guys on both sides. Or maybe nobody was an asshole and it was all a horrible misunderstanding. Who knows? Anyway, Mary wonders if the various werebeast alphas are planning to rebuild the city."
"Is that safe?" Brianna asked. "Humans destroyed it once, and it'll be easier to find with modern technology. I mean, NORAD already found Santa Claus."
Stacy chuckled at her wife's joke. "We don't even know if that's really what this is all about, just that we're going back to the pride and our families are coming with us."
"And I get to be a werecat with you?" Brianna grinned. "Hell yeah! Hey, will our kids become werecats too? Will the pack want Josh? You conceived Emily with my brother's donor sperm, but I had Josh with Kevin before I came out as lesbian and got the divorce."
"Stepchildren are welcome in the pride," Stacy said, giving her wife a reassuring kiss. "All that matters to our alpha is that I raised Josh with you. As far a pride law is concerned, Josh is as much my son as he is yours. Besides, you're joining the pack yourself."
"And we can all be werecats?" Brianna asked between peppering Stacy's fur with kisses. "Even the kids?"
"Emily's probably already a werecat," Stacy said. "She just doesn't know it. I can remove the human illusion from her with a simple spell. Of course, there's a small chance she didn't inherit my werecat gene and she's human. I can fix that with a magical ritual. The same ritual will give you and Josh werecat forms."
"I can't wait 'til the kids get home so we can tell them!" Brianna laughed.
Stacy reached under Brianna's sports bra and began to tug it off. "Hopefully they won't get home TOO soon."
Stacy and Brianna hastily finish stripping naked and joyously made love in celebration of the feline future they'd share together. As Stacy licked Brianna's throbbing clit with her rough, sandpapery tongue, she wondered what breed of werecat her wife would become. Tiger? Lioness? Cheetah? Jaguar? Puma? Lynx? Well, she'd be beautiful no matter what.
