Two hours after “Faith” has fallen asleep, something else “awakens”, a dark figure, blacker than the night, slowly materializes in the ruins of the main house. The figure seems to be made out of smoke, its silhouette looks human, except for what seems to be a “tail”, almost like a Lizard’s, made out of the same “smoke” as the rest of the being’s body, the figure is so dark, that no facial features are noticeable, only two glowing red eyes, which stare directly at the barn.
The figure, which is a powerful demon, conjured up by native Americans who have occupied the land before the “white man” stole it from them, tilts its head in a curious way, ‘the barn looks… different,’ it thinks to itself, ‘I feel some kind of energy coming off of it,’ the demon decides to “investigate” and slowly floats towards the barn.
As it arrives, it notices that the door and the whole barn somehow had been fixed, ‘hm… I can sense some weird magic coming off of it,’ it thinks to itself, ‘I also can feel something else… something alive inside the barn’.
Being made of smoke, the Demon has no problem in entering the barn, it simply oozes itself through the keyhole and retakes its form once inside.
When the Demon spots the sleeping Horse in the stall it again tilts its head, ‘where did this Horse come from,’ it asks itself, ‘something about the animal feels off’. The Demon floats through the closed door of the small stall and stands in front of the “Horse”, just staring at it.
In her sleep “Faith” seems to sense something is wrong, something that makes her system go into a mental defence and her body tenses as if ready to fight the threat.
The Demon grins, a “mouth” with sharp and pointy teeth appears on its “face”, as it feels the fear radiating off of the “animal”. The being continues to look at the “Mare”, ‘I must say, what a majestic and beautiful beast,’ it thinks to itself, ‘but… I feel a weird energy radiating off of her, and it doesn't feel like “animal”. Let’s see what secrets you are hold,’ with that the Demon raises one of its smoke-like hands next to the “Horse’s” left ear, a thin thread of smoke then seems to come out the palm of the beings hand and slowly oozes its way into the “animal’s” ear, this causes “Faith” to grimace a little, but she continues to sleep, unaware of what is happening.
The Demon grins when it starts to receive the “Horse’s” memories, “so, you aren’t really a Horse, you’re not even a Mare,” it says, its voice deep and raspy in a scary kind of way, “you have transformed yourself into the animal, because this “Valerie” girl talked you into it. To transform yourself, you used your phone which has an App that is apparently able to transform anyone and anything into various things… I see… interesting! You don’t really want to transform, but Valerie is blackmailing you, so you have no choice but to do as she says… hehe… I kind of like that girl, she does seem to be an evil bitch… hehe! I must say… Jeff… you do make a fine and beautiful Mare… hehe… I bet you can’t wait to get mated. Hmm… I can help with that… all I’d need is a physical body! Ah… you have a ten-year-old brother I see… hehe… he does have one fine and athletic body, I think it’ll suit me well! Hehe… finally I have found a way to stay and do as I please without fearing to get “expelled” back to hell by some priest!”
Having seen and learned enough, the Demon ends the mental connection and grins at the “Mare”, “I’ll see you soon, “Faith”. That name does suit you, hehe,” it says, “now, let’s pay your brother Luis a visit,” with that the Demon turns to smoke and is soon on its way to Jeff’s home.
The Demon soon arrives at Jeff’s house and heads straight for Luis’s room, there the Demon retakes its form and grins down at the sleeping 10-year-old, ‘your body is mine, kid,’ it thinks to itself, its long tongue licking over its lips.
The being from hell the holds out its hand over the boy’s head and grins when it sees a blue orb exiting the boy’s head and floating directly into the Demon’s hand, “such a young soul,” it says before opening its “mouth” and swallowing the boy’s soul, “delicious,” the Demon says and grins as the boy’s personality, memories and everything that made Luis who he was merges with it, “now, I’m ready to “return” to MY body,” with that the Demon turns to smoke and oozes into Luis lifeless body. Once the “smoke” has completely vanished, an evil grin appears on the sleeping “boy’s” face.
