In an average little town there are plenty of houses that people like to live in for a very long time. People will come to call these houses their home, and eventually people will either pass on or move out of the house and others will come to live in it. However what we don't realize sometimes is that some houses gain souls and want people to move into them so they can feel useful. One such house was used for many years and was loved by many. It had a kitchen, bathrooms, a lovely chandelier above the dining area, upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, and a basement for any needs. But one day the house became abandoned, no one moved into it, no one lived in it for years. Eventually the paint started to fade, the wood started to rot, and the grass began to grow out around it.
The house felt very lonely for years and waited for someone, anyone to move, or even find it. The house was located pretty far away from other neighbors so only if one walked or drove a little ways away from the regular neighborhood they would find this house. The house made a vow that whoever came to the house next, they would fill their next owner's needs or its own needs. Whether that person was young or old, the house would make sure it would make the person who came inside it feel like home.
