That night Henry woke up with a start as he was grabbed and bound with cuffs and led out of his bedroom and back to the room with the brain machine. He was forcefully strapped to the machine as Dr Tucker placed the large EEG headset on his head with headphones. Henry's eyes opened wide in fear of what would happen next.
"Now, nobody must know about what's happening here, and we want you to do what we say when we say. Since you weren't willing to go through with the program willingly, I've decided to use force. Don't worry, it will be quick." Dr Tucker explained with a smirk as someone in a suit entered the room.
Henry thrashed about trying to get out of his binds but the machine whirred to life, and images and sounds started to appear. The images were of extinct animals, astronomy, the human body and many other things. The sounds were of nature, voices and music.
After 15 minutes,Henry was struggling against the machine but the agent placed a clamp on his head to keep it still as a bright blue light shone at his head. At 25 minutes, Henry was still gritting his teeth as the images and sounds became more intense. The blue light shone brighter and brighter until it was a blinding white light. Henry cried out in pain as his mind was assaulted by the messages embedded in the pictures and audio. He tried to focus on something, anything to take his mind off the pain until he became quiet.
Finally, after an hour of Henry being silent, the machine shut down, and the restraints released. Dr Tucker smiled, "Well, how do you feel Henry?"
Henry stood up rigidly, "I feel fine sir." He replied, his voice sounding monotonous.
Dr Tucker nodded, "Good, now follow me." He said leading Henry back to the door of his room. Dr Tucker then woke Melissa up and instructed her to go to her door.
"Now, both of you work for us. You will obey all orders given to you without hesitation. Absolutely nobody should know about this facility. Do you understand?" Dr Tucker asked.
"Yes sir." Melissa and Henry replied Henry with his voice normal.
Dr Tucker smiled, "Good. Now get some rest because tomorrow you two are going home."
