"Abigail! Please join me on the stage!" Joey called out. The chosen cheerleader jumped out of her seat and did an excited hop before making her way up. Joey chose her because out of all the animals the girls dressed up as, the tiger was the classic choice for a magician.
Each of the junior cheerleaders had on different variations of animal costumes. From the goofy cow onsie, to the sexy wolf girl. The most courageous was perhaps Abigail who, from what he could tell, wore a bikini, and body paint. Her skin was painted orange with stripes, she a tiger ear head band and a tail tied to her waist. As she finally made it to the stage, he saw she also had green cat eyed contacts on.
"So Abby! What made you decide to dress as a tiger?"
"Well, when the junior cheerleaders decided to do animals, I knew I had to be our school's mascot. Go Tigers!" Abby shouted and she pivoted on the balls of her feet. She stuck her hip out to one side and held her hands up in a mock claws. "RAWR!" She growled.
Joey's eyes were drawn a to the tail the flaired behind her. Joey noticed how thin the bikini was in the back and her orange butt cheeks that stuck out.
"The schools mascot you say?" Joey mused as he tore his eyes from her derriere. "That's a fantastic idea. Personally, I'm tired of the old gimmicky costumes at games. However, I think you current one is a bit risqué. Perhaps we should give it a bit of a modification. What do you think?"
Abby gave Joey a dazzling smile. "I would be disappointed if you didn't. How do you want to do this?"
Monica was already wheeling out a large, clear plexiglass cage. On the top of the cage was a sign that said 'Abby the Tiger Girl'. She then handed something over to Joey.
Joey held it up as he approached Abby. It was a collar with a leash. At the front was a tag. On onside it said, Abigail, answers to Abby. The otherside had the school's address and number to contact in case she is found.
Abby bunched up her hair and lifted it so that Joey could put the collar on her. After locking it in place, he handed her the leash. Monica already had the side of the cage open while Joey gestured for Abby to enter.
The cage ceiling was low enough that Abby had to crawl in on her hands and knees. Once inside, she laid on her side. Her left elbow rested on the floor and her hand propped up her head. With her right hand twirled her leash, letting the end spin inside of the cage. Monica locked the side of the cage.
"Say bye to Abigail the cheerleader everybody! She won't be apart of the pyramid at games much longer."
There were cheers of goodbye, and cries of I love you. Monica pulled on a string on the side and a curtain rose cutting her off from view. Joey went to the sign and ripped off the part that said girl, so it now read "Abby the Tiger".
Monica released the string and the curtain dropped to reveal a full grown tiger inside that wore a collar with a leash attached and a tag that read Abigail. She gave a roar, but this time it was more intimidating and less cute.
"Say hello to Abby the new school Mascot everyone!" The crowd cheered which turned into a standing ovation. Joey unlocked the side of the cage and grabbed the leash. He lead Abby out of the cage and she obediently followed him around the stage. She growled quietly that sounded almost like a pur.
"Thank you Abby. You were grrrreat!" Joey shouted. "Now, thank you for watching the show. I might be talked into taking some small request but for now there is some business I need to attend to.
