Ty replied, "Sure Dustin, It'll be fun with more players, or..."
"Or what?," Dustin questioned?
"I could turn you into each of the creatures they find, and you can act out that part."
"So, basically, I'd be all the bad guys?"
"Well, and some good guys, but yes Dustin."
"Sounds like fun."
Ding-Dong
"Go get that Dustin," Ty ordered.
Dustin started to protest, but got up and went to the door.
On the other side were 4 of Ty's friends. Brian, Christine, Joe, and Mike all said hi to Dustin at once.
"In here," Ty shouted from the living room.
A minute later, everyone was seated at chairs around a table but unlike most D&D games, there was nothing on the table.
Brian said, "Where's all the stuff?"
Ty replied, "We are going to get to it shortly, but first, what kind of character does everyone want?"
Everyone looked confused, but Brian said, "Hmm, I want to be a Elven Archer."
Ty nodded, and said, "How about the rest of you?"
Joe asked, "Is there any limitations to what we can be?"
Ty said, "It has to be from medieval fantasy."
And Brian added, "But try to be reasonable."
Mike said, "I know, can I be a Centaur Warrior?"
And Ty replied, "Yeah, that sounds good."
Christine said, "I want to be a Drow Mage."
And Joe, always wanting more, asked, "Could I be a Dragon?"
Ty laughed and said, "I suppose that would be okay, but try not to
step on the others."
Everyone laughed at Ty's comment.
"What is your brother doing," Christine asked.
Ty replied, "He and I will run the game, He will play the part of other characters you meet along with me, but I will also control the events of the game as far as chance is concerned.
Everyone looked at each other, then Brian said, "Well, lets get the
game pieces and start."
