Jeff finally decided to make himself the smartest person on Earth. Selecting his profile, he saw that his IQ was 115. It wasn't great but he wasn't stupid either. He had a few friends with 160 IQs, and he wanted to surpass them by a wide margin. So he decided to change his IQ to 300. But that didn't feel quite right. If he was going to be the smartest person on Earth then he should be able to beat the smartest people in history too.
He decided on 1200 IQ. He made it so that his history changed as well, then he clicked on change.
The computer showing two displays, one for progress and the other was showing subject IQ.
When the numbered displays started changing, Jeff felt a strange sensation in his head as it hit 130 IQ.
The sensation grew as the IQ bar ticked up. It was an odd feeling like something was rearranging itself in his mind. It was like a muscle that he never knew he had was suddenly flexed.
The feeling of expansion continued on until he was 200 IQ, when Jeff groaned as his eyes rolled back in his head. He clutched his head in pain and his whole body shook.
As the IQ bar got to 280 IQ Jeff fell onto his bed unconcious.
Early Saturday morning Jeff woke up. He looked at the clock next to his bed and noticed it was 7:00.
'I must have fallen asleep early last night.' He thought to himself.
Jeff sat up in bed and stretched, he noticed that something was wrong with his body.
When he got to his mirror, he stared in shock.
His head had changed drastically.
Most of Jeffs head had been replaced with a volumous glass dome with a brain the size of a small yoga fitness ball.
Jeff took a closer look at the dome which had cables and wires leading into his brain. His ears were mostly the same, except that the outside of the ear had grown in size and were more pointed. Taking a close look at his face, Jeff concluded that it was the same as before. The same eyes, nose, and mouth. Jeff took off his shirt as he saw some changes to his spine.
Jeffs spine had been replaced with a metal skeletal structure with metal spines growing out of his back. Protecting his spinal cord, he saw that it extended down to his coccyx.
Jeff examined his legs, arms, and hands. They seemed to be the same.
As he stared at his new body, he grabbed the dome of a head as he recalled memories of this reality.
Here he was born with a bizarre and unexplainable form of neurosynaptic hypertrophy that caused his brain to become massively oversized and super neurodense.
By the age of 3 he was a certified supergenius with an IQ over 250.
By the time he was 10, Jeff's head was a foot tall and his brain weighed 30 kg. Jeff had designed a brace for his neck to support the extra weight on his head.
When Jeff was 11 and after finishing his 12th PhD, puberty started to affect him.
As it turned out hitting puberty caused a hormone imbalance that had an extreme negative effect on his condition, causing his brain to get bigger and bigger, far more so than it had been previously. Eventually getting to the size of a large beach ball which threatened to break his skull, he replaced most of his head and spine with prosthetics just to live.
By the time puberty had finished with him, Jeff's body had grown to be 5 foot 10 and was incredibly muscular.
His brain had grown to be 50kg of near solid brain matter, and his head had grown to the size of a beach ball. His brains glass container was now infused with a metal skeletal system that reinforced his cranium. Jeff had also designed a brace for his neck to support the extra weight on his head.
Jeff took in his presence and smiled. Getting dressed, he decided to
