Both Cole and Sam whimpered and yelped as their bellies become taunt from their pregnancies. Sam's was greatly larger, though Cole's current feminine body was still taller. From their wombs, their water breaks simultaneously, both giving dog like cries.
As they push their children out, their bodies change. Holding each other’s hands tightly, their fingers start to grow thicker, pads forming on their palms and fingers. Their nails grow dark and sharp, fur covering their digits. The fur rush up their arms, brown and black for Cole and a sliver for Sam. Their feet kick out with each contraction; pads, fur and claws growing on them too.
As the crowns of their children heads start to show from their loins, tails sprout from their spines. On their backs, their bellies ripple as their fur grow and skin change.
Fur rushes over their bodies, their babies slowly coming more into the world. As the fur grow pass their grains and expanded stomachs, it reaches their growing breasts. Sam's already ample breasts refill with milk, her nipples prepping for her child. Her main breasts grows to large Ds, her secondary breasts growing to respectable Bs, milk dripping. Cole's breasts grow to large Cs, milks starting to push it's way out. His secondary breasts grow to Bs, though slightly smaller then Sam's.
As the babies heads and necks start to slip out of their mother's loins, both teens let out a howling whine. As they do, their faces contort, noses turning black. Fur rushes their faces as puzzles force their way our. Still holding hands, the two howl as their ears grow pointed and move to the top of their head.
Now appearing mostly canine, Cole and Sam give one last push, giving birth to two baby boys. Cole, exhausted, sits up to look at the two babies crying on the floor. He leans over, lifting them both up to his breasts.
The one that came from him looked more canine then human; fur covering the boy's body, a tail wrapped around one leg and two pointed ears laying flat on top. It was almost, antromorphic. The one from Sam had a more human look, sporting only a canine tail, ears, and sheath.
"Hey, Sam... look at our..." Cole started to say; moving the crying babies to his waiting breasts. His words were cut off though, Sam letting put another cry.
"More..." was all Sam could say before a second head started to crown from her lips. Cole watched in amazement as Sam gives birth to a second baby, this time, a girl.
After the girl is born, Cole helps bring her to Sam's breasts, as Sam was completely exhausted to the point of nearly falling asleep.
The two lay there, feeding their new children and looking over each other’s changed body. "Is this permanent?" Sam asks, bringing a claw gently over Cole's muzzle.
"I don't know." Sam could see Cole's honestly in his feminine eyes. "But..."
"What is it, my love?" Sam's words felt warm to Cole, giving him the confidence to reply.
"I think I have an idea for turning me back to a male, but we would have to escape Erika if we do. I can't fight her for some reason."
"Could it be..." Sam pondered, "our canine senses? I mean, you did stand up until you started to turn I to a girl again. Maybe as a male, you would have a better chance." Cole looked at Sam, pondering her suggestion.
"I don't know. But I do want to be a boy again, and take care of our children." Cole looks over his twins, the girl looking like a female version of her baby brother, before looking back at his son from Erika. "I just want to protect these three. Who know what Erika will do with them."
"True." Sam replied back. "So, what's your plan?"
"Well..." Cole starts, his tale waging slightly.
