"I think we should bring her along," Iris said. The other mares looked at her in surprise.
"Dear Iris, our journey will be difficult as is," Glory said gently. "Adding another mare to our group? One that is truly a horse, not a human turned into one? It will be truly a struggle."
"This place is clearly unsafe for her. She is traumatized and carrying triplets. Do you trust the staff here to properly care for her pregnancy?" Iris pointed out. The other mares looked at each other.
"She has a point," Citrine said. "This farm is not safe for anyone, human or horse. It would be cruel to leave her."
"I have to admit, she is a fine mare," Glory said. "She will make an excellent addition to the Copperstone herd."
"So we are decided, then," Iris said. She stomped her hoof. "She's comes with us!" The others nodded in agreement, then turned to Nightingale. "Nightingale, tell us the best course of action to take."
